She has held senior commercial roles with major organisations including Robertson FM, Network Rail, G4S, and Engie, leading high-value contracts across healthcare, rail, infrastructure and public sector frameworks such as PFI, LIFT and Crown Commercial Service agreements. Her expertise covers contract and employment law, governance, financial oversight, risk mitigation and compliance, with a consistent track record of driving operational improvement, safeguarding commercial value and strengthening stakeholder partnerships.

Her background also includes governance and company secretarial work at organisations such as Welcome to Yorkshire and Leodis Healthcare LLP, where she supported boards, maintained statutory compliance, and helped structure new business ventures. She has further developed leadership and business acumen through roles in training and development.
